Proof I Am in Paris

Hail, the selfie-stick!

Could Ride the Bus All Day

Just a collection of photos from riding the buses.

Motorbikes everywhere...because you can park them on the sidewalks!

Bicycles can ride in the bus lanes here.  Though they don't stay in them, but weave in and out of traffic and come so close to vehicles, it's frightening!

Really strange to see car dealers right on the sidewalks of St. Germain!   Here we have Mercedes.
Yankee?  Wonder what that is.
More motorcycles parking wherever.
Um, I think you are too young for those, little boy.

I imagine the pedestrian traffic on these really narrow streets from centuries past.
More motorcycles.

Don't think anyone will be cutting that chain to steal the bike!

Had another bowl of French onion soup here.
Need I say more?

This is a recycling container into which you are expected to drop recyclables, such as plastic and glass.

For my granddaughter.

Paris' bike share program (which many other cities, like Chicago, have now, too.)

Fashion

Promised a friend I'd take photos of store windows showing her this season's fashions in Paris.  Didn't make it back to my favorite windows of layered black and cream ensembles seen yesterday, though, so these will have to do.  Joyce, enjoy!

Love the houndstooth pants!

The fur is attached to the jacket.  Kinda cool (unless it's real fur.)
